Her first marriage did not work out and the couple quietly separated. She has not spoken a lot about that phase of her life but said in an interview six years ago that a person can only fall in love once.

After six years of her previous statement, Sonya now thinks differently. She said that she is always busy working so she does not think about love but maybe falling in love again is possible. She thinks that it may not feel like the first love and its passion but yes falling in love again is possible.
